THE QUEST TO CREATE ART
The quest to explore different avenues of expressing myself in art has increasingly become more of a need rather than just a simple desire. The process of change with my art unquestionably has its own momentum. I now feel compelled to strip away the limitations of the visual form and allow the influences of both postmodern progressive jazz, coupled with mid century abstract Impressionism to play a larger role and allow me to create abstract, while at the same time fulfilling my need to capture the diversity and beauty of the rugged Canadian landscapes.
